Ayaan Khan
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Ayaan began his career as a Corporate Banker at the Royal Bank of Scotland (UK), where he managed a portfolio of FTSE 250 companies. After spending nearly three years in the UK, he relocated to the UAE and went on to work with Standard Chartered Bank and Noor Bank within their Corporate Banking divisions. Now serving as a Director at Aranamor Capital Partners, Ayaan brings over 15 years of experience in Corporate Banking and Trade Finance. He holds an M.Sc. in Finance & Accounting from the University of Wolverhampton, UK, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA, UK).
Shannon D'Souza
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Shannon’s career started at JP Morgan Chase in Mumbai, where he developed deep expertise in credit analysis while managing corporate portfolios across North American markets. He later moved to the UAE to join Al Fara’a Construction Group, taking responsibility for group-wide trade finance operations, cash flow management, and strategic advisory initiatives in close collaboration with the CFO. As a Director at Aranamor Capital Partners, Shannon brings over 14 years of experience across Trade Finance and Investment Banking. He is a member of the CFA Society of America and holds a Finance degree from Mumbai University, India.
